Breastfeeding is recommended as the optimal nutrition for infants. This website does not provide medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician regarding feeding decisions.
By purchasing baby formula on our Site, you agree that it is for personal use only and not for resale.
These Terms apply to all purchases made through www.hipphollehouston.com. By clicking “I ACCEPT” or “I AGREE” at checkout, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Modified” date will reflect updates.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages once shipped.
If you believe you received the wrong item, notify us immediately and keep all packaging. Visual proof is required for claims.
6. Return Policy
Because baby formula and food safety is critical: We do not accept returns of formulas, purees, cereals, or baby food.
Exchanges only apply if: The product is defective, not including dented cans or cracked lids, which may occur in transit and do not affect product safety if the internal seal is intact.

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
