Mixing & Feeding Guide

1. Boil fresh drinking water and cool down to approx. 40°-50° C / 104-122° F.

2. Pour in the amount of this previously boiled water into a clean and sterilized bottle.

3. Using the scoop provided with your box of formula, add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder:

One [1] scoop of formula to every one [1] fl ounce of water

4. Gently swirl the bottle or stir with a folk to minimize air bubbles.

5. Cool to drinking temperature (approximately 98 degrees Fahrenheit or ~ 37 °C).

**Only for ANTI REFLUX: After preparation, let the bottle sit for 7 minutes to allow it to thicken.

Important Feeding Information

* Only use the scoop provided in the pack.

*Do not make feeds weaker or stronger than indicated by adding extra water/scoops, and do not add anything else to milk feeds.

* For hygiene reasons, always freshly prepare feeds and do not prepare in advance. Use made up feeds within 2 hours of preparation. Discard anything leftover at the end of the feed. 

* Do not heat feeds in a microwave, hot spots may occur which could cause scalding.

* Introduce a cup or beaker as soon as possible to prevent prolonged/frequent contact of teeth with milk feeds which may increase the risk of tooth decay.

* Use sachet within 3 weeks of opening.
